We want to notify you that this Friday (07/15) at 11:59 PM (ET), there will be scheduled downtime for an estimated time period of 60 minutes.
During this maintenance window, we will be updating our web database that powers the Taplytics dashboard. For clarity, there is no change in the hosting provider or locale of data. End user data is also not impacted by this update.
To ensure uptime and stability of the platform and services, we will be performing this upgrade on our infrastructure during off-peak hours so that we can ensure a smooth transition.
The Taplytics dashboard (http://taplytics.com/dashboard/) will be inaccessible during the maintenance window. Experiments, feature flags, and API-based pushes will continue to function as expected. We will provide updates on the status of the maintenance at https://status.taplytics.com.
As the dashboard is not available during this maintenance, if you require changes to experiments, push notifications or feature flags, please contact our team in Slack or at support@taplytics.com, and we will be able to make those changes for you.
